Within the Food Practorate at Scalda, work is being done on the food transition in the food chain. One of the themes being addressed is the protein transition.
The practorate contributes to the issues surrounding food transition in the province, working together to learn from and with each other. These issues are also integrated into education so that students are directly involved in current challenges in the food sector.
