Work area

I am currently finalizing my PhD in Science and Technology Studies (STS) at Leiden University. I am an ethnographer of science, drawing on qualitative methods and long-term social engagements to understand how we know what we know about the (ocean) world. I reflect on these processes through an interpretive social science lens.

What do you want to accomplish at the Delta Climate Center?

I look forward to bringing social scientific insights to the practice and implementation of transdisciplinary collaborations for more sustainable and convivial environmental futures.

Activities/projects

I am the embedded ethnographer at DCC. With Gerda Andringa, I am working with partners to design successful transdisciplinary collaborations for the sustainability transition in Zeeland.
