Food

We conduct research into how we can combat climate change through the production of healthy food, and how we can adapt food production to the consequences of climate change. This includes, for example, research into the transition from terrestrial animal to marine and vegetable protein, and the transition to healthy food. Various distribution challenges arise here, including the use of land and water.
